Our food is born from the elements of regional gastronomy: fresh cheeses, creams and other dairy products of the best quality, fruits and flowers from the desert, such as prickly pears and garambullos. Vegetables: xuales, quintaniles. Insects: grasshoppers and grasshoppers among others. Hammered blue corn toast, stuffed gorditas. They are just an example of the gastronomic delicacies.
Our restaurant is open to the public from Thursday to Sunday from 9am to 10pm.
